Hi, I have a few questions regarding the story. (Yes, I know this is a fetish centered story and narrative coherence shouldn't be expected but I can't help it :p). Sorry for the long post BTW, I guess I just got carried away.

First I would like to know what's Judy's drive in this AU. What are her motivations, what is she aspiring to? Because she clearly does not uphold justice and equality anymore. She clearly does not care about justice since justice implies punishment severity escalates according to the gravity of the crimes, but Judy here exerts the same penalty regardless the gravity of the offense, no matter if its mass kidnapping, mafia business, poisoning animals or merely exceeding the speed limit. Justice is also meant to be neutral and impartial but Judy takes this thing very personal as she does not just eat people but she tortures them and wants them to suffer.

In the previous chapter it says Judy graduates and became a police officer in Zootopia just like in the movie, which means something happened to her between that time and her encounter with Nick that changed her and made her how she is now. At first I thought that she may be in cahoots with Bellwether, but that doesn't seem to be an option since it is confirmed that she solved the "nighthowler" case, which means she discovered and exposed Bellwether plans and the poisoned animals were cured. I'll venture to make a guess: She befriended Bellwether just like in the beginning of the movie and captured Lionheart with her help. Bellwether became mayor and promoted Judy but later she discovered that the sheep was using her and confronted her. Then I think Bellwether shooted the serum at the bunny officer (Nick wasn't with her this time) and this prompted Judy to eat the sheep in a very unsightly way (and that's why Bogo said Bellwether case was different, because the rabbit was in a savage state so she likely didn't gulp her prey whole as she does now but gore her up instead. Hence the Bull's uneasiness). Later she was "cured" but I think she either got overdosed or the antidote just didn't work as it should because she was a prey animal. After that she went for Lionheart who got away with going to jail with the help of his lawyers, influence, lack of evidence and bribes (Judy said that the people thought that he escaped so he must have been on trial at that moment). Later Wolford was assigned as her partner in the force, he kept teasing and pushing her too much until she had enough and devoured him as Clawhauser seems to suggest. And now she had her first encounter with Nick and just like in the movie he likely hustle her which pissed her to no end and decided to make him her next prey. She searched and found the tax evasion thing and used it to lure him. We know what happened next.

Now I believe this Judy is not driven by her appetite as she seems to have complete control and actually she does choose her prey. She's not a crazy beast that eats whatever is in front of her in a frenzy. I also think that she does not eat people on a whim or because they "break the law" per se, the real reason is because they "defy her". She spared the speeder and didn't do anything to Clawhauser or any other officer that are afraid of her (even though she have considered eating them a lot of times). I think her actual motivation now is POWER. Probably a side effect of the NH Judy now aspires to become the "Alpha of the pack". That's why she is so domineering. She intimidates citizens and even her colleagues. She humiliate her prey and takes pleasure in breaking their will and sanity forcing them into submission. She's just putting them in their place, either that's below her or inside her depends entirely on their attitude. Nick and Wolford offenses are nothing but petty crimes, Judy probably wouldn't paid them much mind but it was her the one aggravated. Nick hustled her, Wolford molested her, its nothing comparable to the crimes a mobster or a corrupted politician are capable of but they underestimated her nonetheless. She doesn't really care about the crimes, that's just a mere excuse to do what she wants, and that is show them who is the boss.
She seem to have a bit of respect for Bogo but it is implied that the only reason of that is because he is in a position of power which means she accept him as the alpha for the time being. However she would not doubt to gobble him if he were to be demoted, likely in an attempt to dispute the commanding seat of the ZPD. There's also the fact that she knows the chief is scared enough of her to let her do as she pleases and get away with it. Because that's what she really wants: submission.

Another thing I wanted to ask is that Judy seem to imply that there may be others officers that eat people just like her but keep a low profile. But that seems unlikely because the other officers and specially Bogo would be aware of this so they wouldn't be as shocked and scared as they are with Judy and probably would know how to deal with them and bring order once again. Judy must be the only one out there, she was just messing with Nick.

Finally I wanted to ask about the "uncommon pairing" tag as I have not perceived any form of romance in this chapter. There is something at the end of the chapter that seems to suggest that Judy sort of lost herself while caressing Nick's head through her belly and he seemed to felt soothed by these caresses, maybe even aroused? (that final "sweet cheese and crackers" exclamation is kinda ambiguous so I can't be sure). It's confusing really, she was harsh and cruel with him for the majority of the chapter but now she seems cheerful and playful with him. Is it because Nick got more submissive? Then again she may as well be toying with him IDK. Either way poor Nick's chances to save his hide intact are slim. At this point his only hope may be becoming her personal plaything. Better to be a slave than food I guess.

The chapter implies that she is not able to eat more than two people per year, as this third time seemed to be exceptional. Which kinda makes sense since she is still expected to do her job she can't just be on leave all year round. That means that she must stay with her stomach empty for the most part of the year. So there's a chance that she may decide to keep him around in order to avoid having to spend nine months without a filling meal. Nick seems to have the perfect size to fill her stomach and sate her appetite without hinder her at all. She'd be able to keep doing her job while Nick squirm for her or she can just wait till the the end of the day and go home, gobble the fox and spend a pleasant night with a full stomach. She also seems to take special pleasure in the fact that Nick is quite bigger than her but mostly because he is a fox, her natural predator, which surely makes her feel powerful. Though I think that's just wishful thinking on my part. You may as well have spoiled the ending with the picture in the thumbnail as it is tagged "fatal".
To be honest I'm not even sure if she's able to feel sympathy or any other kind of positive feeling. For what we know she may as well have eaten her parents just for shaming her. At the moment there's nothing that makes me believe she may develop romantic feelings for someone she regards as food. Maybe she will get to know him later in future chapters and changes her mind? Or maybe I just misunderstood the tag? The pairing may as well be with her own stomach for how much she seem to love it :P

Interesting fact the letter that looks like "Y" in the word Ye is not actually a "Y". It is actually an old letter that represented the "Th" sound. So remember if you ever go back in time and do not want to be the village idiot, it is The not Ye.

Great story and the backstabbing foreshadowing kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time wondering when he'd strike and eather. Got to love the world of zootopia for how easy it is to make stories with animals that everyone understands.
