I adore the first 2 as well.
I enjoy the first one more, partly because I get all those nostalgia endorphins everytime I play, but objectively I'd say 3 is the best.
That said, totally play 1 and two as well.

The first is a little minimalistic in comparison (Kind of a double edge sword; Less variety, but more straightforward with no interruptions) and a few cryptic collectibles, but overall, still beautiful, fun, and memorable. Also, it was the only game that really did much interesting with the supercharge; Sometimes requiring you to venture off the track and use a nearby hill or something as ramp, or my personal favorite, having you jump from one supercharge to another to double your speed and make an insane jump~

The second is a lot more like the 3rd; It introduced new abilities, widespread NPCs, and made the homeworlds enemy-free. It also had specific items to earn for beating levels, along with the universal collectibles. Pretty much more of the same if you played the 3rd, except slightly less refined, but with a better villain. Coming from the first, it's less streamlined, but more varied.

I'm still not sure if it's supposed to look like leather or latex; Canonically it's her magic hair, but I don't think "hair-suit" works as a tag~

As for drawing her again, what an opportune time to suggest it; With the announcement of Bayonetta 3, I think you can count on it sometime in the near(ish) future.

Hmm, I like it. Not super into hyperpreg, but I do like Bayonetta's design somewhat. That and you gave her a MASSIVE ass, which obviously is a plus.

I like the heels you gave her, though aren't they supposed to be gun heels? Eh well, feet and heels are hard to draw as is. Plus, it seems more like a leathery butt, not a latex ass which is semi boo for me, but, hey. Skintight bodysuits on cute girls, always a positive in my book.

Even if it's an older picture, I'm guessing you've gotten better, and as such I'd love to see you draw Bayonetta again. Though this time enhancing that ass and figure of hers, if you catch my meaning, hoohoo.

Not at all, these were very insightful observations and I enjoyed reading!

Personally, while a lot of the dialogue was indeed corny, it had its charm in my opinion, and while the English dub was horrendous (unlike the first game, sadly), the Japanese voices were great quality, and I loved being able to understand Magnolia's moon-speak (though I do feel they really missed an opportunity to change things up with voice actresses for her. Considering moonlish is her native language it would've made more sense to have an English-speaker who is fluent in Japanese do her Japanese voice and a French-speaker fluent in English do her English voice, but this is a relatively minor gripe because the Japanese voice actress's English is impressively good), especially when the moon is erased and she's having her understandable breakdown.

I actually got kind of lucky with that replay dealie, since for whatever reason I wanted to keep a save file in moonless Luxendarc, I had a backup, so when I realized that things were repeating precisely as they were originally (and I had heard previously that the game DOESN'T do the time-loop thing), I knew there must be SOMETHING I had to do to break the "script" of that first encounter. I changed Yew to a Revenant because I didn't know how that class worked yet and I thought possessing the Kaiser could do something (and honestly, it was the most recently-obtained job) and tried again, to similar results as my first try, but I just so happened to glance the "S" at the bottom of my screen while sitting on the menu with only the Attack command available and I'm like "Hang on, I can take TWO turns in a row, THAT would allow me to break away from the script!" So after doing my mandatory attack, well, I realized I made the right choice for the wrong reason XD

Either way, that was an incredible (and rather meta) experience that I've not had in any other game, so it really elevates Bravely Second for me, though I must agree with you that there's nothing that puts it on par with the original Bravely Default, not even that.

I have mixed feelings. The gameplay was mostly just as good, albeit not nearly as challenging, but I really appreciated how much better the menus were, especially how you could go through a list and change the moves you picked for a turn rather than having to undo everything.
The dialogue seemed a lot more corny, I never cared for Yew, and the story was less compelling in my opinion. Also, say what you will about awakening the crystals, I thought it was pretty bullshit how the game would make you let you get stuck replaying the entire first part of the game indefinitely if you didn't guess to use the hourglass.
Also, the music wasn't nearly as memorable. I adored almost every track from the first game, but pretty much the only ones I can even remember from Second were Providence, and Anne's boss theme, which to be fair is totally on par with the first game.

Compared to the first game, I didn't like it as much. Although to end a positive note, I'm comparing it to my absolute favorite RPG. On its own merits, it's still a damn good game.
