It was a normal day in Robert’s
world, though as he found himself staring out of it to a very
different path, he reflected what an odd world it was. Around him the
wind whistled gently though he could see far below how it tugged at
the trees, rippling them back and forth for almost as far as he could
see… just on the horizon was where he was looking though. In the
coming twilight, he could see the lights that refused to fade with
the sun, the lights of his fellow kind… humans, or so he was

In the

out as she saw Roadhog hooked Soldier 76 in. Mercy flew in towards
her, “What seems to be the problem?”

Aaron stepped into the classroom, pulling the door shut behind him. The lock snapped into place, deadbolt sliding into it’s slot in the door frame. There was a lump in his throat, one built up from the long walk through the halls, from the fading sounds of the other students leaving for the day, from the final, thunderclap-sharp clack of the only entrance to the room sealing shut behind him.
The afternoon light was starting to fade - it was late in the fall, with the holidays

“Truth.”
A collective groan filled Fang’s
living room, and Boony chuckled at the girls rolling their eyes all
around him. Fang, the wolf’s cousin, ran her paw irritably back
through her long, pale gray hair. “You have to pick Dare sometime,
Renee. The game isn’t called ‘Truth or Truth.’”
Renee, the bat in question, crossed
her arms in front of her chest and shrugged a shoulder, trying to
look indifferent. “I will, I promise, but this turn I’m going
with Truth again.”

with a costume.
“Oh,
hey!” called a young man.
Dara,
a petite young woman with pink-dyed hair and a sort of perky-goth
outfit turned to him. He was an unremarkable sort of guy, shaggy
brown hair and a fit but not quite toned build. The man was wearing
baggy sweats and one of those free shirts they give away for joining
a gym.
“Yes?”
she said, warily.
It
was never a great idea to be too friendly to a stranger you meet on
the street. Better safe than sorry.
“I
was wondering if you c

Appetizer
By

Time
had passed since last it had feasted upon the smooth, firm young
flesh of innumerable human females. Too much time.
A
twisted, all-encompassing entity of unknowable size and form, it
existed adjacent to the world of light and water in which the humans
dwelled. Adjacent but separate, with all those countless feminine
morsels tantalizingly visible but almost utterly unreachable by its
countless, slithering appendages. Almost.
The
veil between worlds waxed a

Midnight Feast
By PrinnyDood
Darkness and void were its habitat. And in that most hostile of environments, it was the apex of creation, its twisting body unknowable in shape and seemingly infinite in volume, all but the most elusive of the other native lifeforms long since having gone to feed its growth. It had existed since before the abstract concept of time was conceived by humans, and would likely exist long after they were gone. It was bereft of most feelings and impulses that define human

Following a day of rain across the area, a Minun was poking around in a field with some tall grass dotting the area and a Plusle wasn't too far off. The air was heavy with moisture as the long field of grass was just in between a forest and a marshland and in fact from how the clouds looked, it could rain again soon. The Minun went deep into the grass, only his blue tipped ears poking out from the dense grass while he was looking around, smelling around. The Plusle was doing just about the same

The Arkansas Incident
``Whaddya think? Bearskin rug? Or a full mount?'' Coarse drunken laughter carried across the dim diner. ``…nail those freak pelts to my wall…'' Outside, the dead still blackness of the graveyard watch pressed up against the windows. The five older men and a younger guy were whooping it up over greasy food after they had closed down the local watering hole. ``Oughta let us shoot `em all and be done with it.'' Between bites of the diner's lackluster fare, they
